|A blurry photo always has to squeeze its way in since I started using Manual mode. Months from now when I look back on these posts, I hope I will notice a difference in how much my photography has improved- or not.|
For the longest time, I had no idea how I was going to style this skirt. The pattern was intimidating yet I was drawn to it. I bought it months ago but every solid colored top I have just didn't feel right (some weird basic v-neck tops I have from Old Navy- they do nothing for me). Then, the other day, I found this knit top, immediately loved it and ordered it. I didn't even think of what I'd wear it with, I just love orange- it's one of my favorite colors (in high school I was known as something along the lines of "orange girl" and now I realize that sounds more like an Oompa Loompa than anything). Anyway, long story short, I kind of like how these two pieces look together. They were super comfortable to wear as well (luckily, I chose to wear shorts underneath- the wind got insane almost right away, causing me to have many Marilyn Monroe moments- see what I mean here). I know a lot of people don't like orange so I've gotta ask...do you?
